Honestly, I had a really good experience with my movers! (Ray and other guy). They were timely, they moved efficiently and didn’t break anything. Although they ran a little over time, their manager was so nice and didn’t charge me extra! He simply wished me well during the pandemic. 10/10 recommend for sure!

The worst moving company EVER. Damaged items, walls and overcharged. Do not select this company because you will regret and it be left with broken items.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They might quote a cheaper price than other companies but I warn you please do not select them. We originally agreed to 6 hours with 3 men but the morning of our move we received a phone call that they changed us to 4.5 hours with 4 men. They shorten our time so that they can then charge us the overage fee $130 per hour instead of the regular hourly amount. Day of move the men were an hour and a half late. We explained our home size and stressed how many items we had but the Supervisor insisted they would get it done within the alloted time. We move a lot for the military so we knew the lbs of our items. Day of move Speedy men did not move all of our items within the 4.5 hours, they didn't even move half our items because their truck was too small. The Supervisor insisted on receiving full payment the day of even though we did not have all our items. On top of that they damaged items and walls in the home. Their men were unprepared and did not have any tools to disassemble furniture therefore they tried to move it in the big pieces which is how they damaged our walls. We refused to pay since they didn't move all our furniture the Supervisor refused to setup a date to continue moving our furniture unless he received payment the day of. I warn you to please save yourself the headache and do not go with this company.

Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life! First off, booked them for a Saturday noon-2 p.m. move and get a call late in afternoon that first move went into overtime and they cannot move me til Mon. Now I have to pay extra rent to stay in my old apt, and my landlady says I cannot stay. On mMin. they were late and mangandled my stuff, breaking my bedframe. One guy looked like a crack addict and did not know what he was doing. For the money I spent, could have had 2 Men and a Truck!

Absolute worst moving experience we have ever had! Very shady billing practices--avoid at all costs if you can! 1. We were quoted a 3 hour move time but then when we received the bill it said the cost was for only 2 hours. So we had an hour and a half in overages; 2. We hired them to move three items we were picking up from different sellers. It look over 3 hours, only had two guys and it was one of their first days. Both of the movers were very professional, but the guy was still in training and we had paid for two professional movers. Every other moving company I've used tacked on people being trained to the already paid for move team; 3. When we called to talk about the over 175 dollars in time overage fees for the above reasons--the guy was overly dismissive of WRITTEN EVIDENCE saying we had three hours booked and said he would get me the voice recordings of our calls, never did; 4. followed up twice by email and once by phone as the customer service rep says there is no record of any complaints of file. ABSOLUTELY THE SHADIEST COMPANY OUT THERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
