St. Louis Best Moving LLC

HORRIBLE!!! I hired St. Louis Best Moving LLC to move my Mother due to a sudden death in the family. I spoke with Rico and he 'Seemed' professional. On the initial call Rico stated the rates and date I'll receive to quote and confirmation call. NONE of this took place without me having to call him MULTIPILE times! Service was NOT confirmed until 2 hours prior to service. Once the guys (2) arrived in a rented UHAUL truck they began working one older and one slim guy. It took FOREVER I had to call my family in as back up to HELP. They did NOT arrive with the proper equipment to complete the job. They borrowed a dolly from my moms complex and NEVER returned it. After the move I contacted Rico in regards to the return of the dolly that was STOLEN never to receive a call back after he promised he'd get to the bottom of the issue. My mom has been charged for the stolen dolly.

St. Louis Best Moving LLC was the perfect choice to help with my move. I relocated back to St. Louis and having them as my movers made it one less thing to be concerned about. They arrived within the promised time frame, asked where I would like everything before placing it in the apartment and were finished in no time! I highly recommend using their moving services!
