Nice storage facility on the outskirts of saratoga

From the first call and getting through to a human on the phone (not an automated system) I was happy. Lisa at the Milton NY site answered my questions and allowed for me to come and tour the facility. I placed a hold on a unit after she showed me two different size units and i was able to rent it a few days later after providing my renters insurance policy. She is very personable, she even answered the phone while I was there and she knew her customer on a personal level.

Not only all the above, but also the facility itself is clean and easily accessible.
