Excellent company to work with. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and were able to move my piano the next day. Kevin, Stacey, and Matt were professional and friendly. They moved my piano with no issues. I would definitely recommend them!

The owner needs to have a management training course for those he place in charge on code of conduct, ethics, HR concepts, dignity, and respect and he needs an office manager, who he selects to insure the proper interviewing and hiring process is done efficiently and to the standards of both the state and federal labor laws, and not just hiring friends or the girlfriend. Said manager has no professionalism nor telephone ediquette. And had not a clue I was calling on behalf of my company to be moved from one location to another, and needed a quote for my father as well. Being a veteran myself, I would expect this company to at least live up to the core values we had to. Said manager was very rude, aggressive, displaced attitude and conducted himself in a 'hood' manner and needs to know the difference between client and friends and on the clock and off the clock. I will definetly be filing a complaint with EEOC and the Virginia Board of Labors.

To follow up either the owner or manager asked Yelp to remove the other review but they both forget Iphones now the capability to record conversations. So his manager can lie and deny his character actions but recorded conversations don't. Sadly we ended up using Two Men and a Truck for our state to state move.
