Only giving one star because I have to. Hired these people who say they are veteran owned business to help my elderly mother and father move because I am a veteran, and I wanted to take my business to other veterans. Then they started to nickel and dime my mother with the packing process, and the moving process that was scheduled for the next day. My parents live in an 800 square-foot trailer and these people tried to say that it would take two trips to move them with a 22 foot box truck 20 minutes down the road! John sent out two packers on day one to pack the trailer, which was already partially packed. They were there for four hours and didn’t finish packing completely then told my mom they would have to come back out the next day for 2 to 3 hours more of packing and then at least two trips to move her 20 minutes down the road! The only thing left to pack is her kitchen and a few miscellaneous items. Then when I argued with John and told him there is no way it should take two trips for an 800 square-foot trailer in a 22 foot box truck. He proceeded to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about and they have over 20 years of experience. There are other things I could say, However I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody let alone other veterans!!
