Highly recommend this company. They were on time and did an amazing job.

They were very expensive, yet used the dirtiest blankets imaginable that left my nice furniture disgustingly filty with actual dirt on it... even the big screen tv.
Then, Curtis put a ding in the drywall and door trim. He said he'd come back the next day to fix it, but I had to chase him down. I would not recommend this company.

I moved after being in my home for 46 years. I put all my things in two large storage areas for 7 1/2 months until I found what I wanted in a new place to live. I then had all my belongings moved into my new condo. Start Packing did both of the moves. I can't say enough nice things about them. The owner, Billy Wagner is a really nice and true professional person. All of his employees are hard workers, professional and handled my things with care. The only thing I would do differently if I were doing this again is I would just let them pack everything. I wanted to pack some of my more valuable items which created more problems for me and I was totally exhausted! They did a fine job with all the packing and moving and I should have have sat back and let them do it all. Thank goodness I used this company you should use them also when you make a move, just let them do everything and don't end up exhausted as I did!

They did a great job moving me out to get my floors refinished. Tried twice to reschedule my move back in but did not get a call back. I could tell the call must have been answered on a cell phone, out of office, so I'm guessing they/he forgot. Moved much of it back in myself.
