This company is unlike any I have ever encountered. We had a seven man crew, and every one of them was friendly, hard working, efficient, extremely careful - and most of all, they worked together in a harmony that is extremely rare these days. The owner, Bill Wagner, was present, involved, attentive, responsive, and very pleasant to deal with. This is an A+++ outfit!!

We just moved locally with this amazing moving company. We have moved several times and have never experienced the professional, on time and super organized packing and moving services like we had with “Start Packing” the owner Billy Wagner was great in getting an estimator our to us right after we called. I was totally floored when Billy called me the day before our move to confirm. We have never had that! Trent showed up with his super professional team and they were so careful and kind during the packing and move. We felt like they were treating us as if we were the only client. Not only did everything arrive in perfect condition. They put sliders on the bottom of every piece of furniture, set everything back up in great working order and exactly where we wanted it. Trent even helped us position furniture in the most aesthetically pleasing way. This company is over the top!! I would never use anyone else.

Man their crew is full of old school hard working guys! Trustworthy and even with an hourly rate they don't mess around!!!
