State Fair Moving & Storage

Charge was nearly double the bid, many damaged items, some were keepsakes, furniture scuffed, scratched and damaged. Totally non responsive to any of the concerns and was particularly defensive...! Very disappointed after trying to keep business in local community!

They moved all of our belongings from one house to another in 5 hours! They were efficient, professional and kind!! None of my belongings were broken in the process. They showed up when they said they were going to and were ready and willing to put in hard work on a hot July day!

The woman I spoke to was very friendly, but the person that came to my house to give me a quote was 30 minutes late, without giving me a phone call. I had to call to know when to expect them. After seeing what I needed moved, he said he would do some calculations, and left. I called the day after, and they said they'd get in contact with me. It's been 5 days, and still no call and no quote. I've tried calling multiple times on different days since, but no one answers, and they have no voicemail.

I liked that they offer a flat rate, and I wanted to know what their prices were, but Im on a time crunch, and I'm not going with someone that's impossible to work with.
