The sales rep was great at selling, but when the movers came the chief was rude, didn’t bring the items they were supposed to and was irritated with us about it. Refused to load all items into the truck. I reached out to the rep who said they’d provide some compensation but the owner did not provide it or any resolution, or even response with my further emails. We had to rent another moving truck and get the rest of our stuff. It cost us $4,000 to move with them and still had to rent another truck.

Great company to work with. Employees are courteous and professional. We have used them three times in the past year and will be using them again in another month. Statewide stands out in the crowd.
