Love them, have been storing here for 7 years! Darlene, Donna and the whole staff are always super helpful and very sweet! Highly recommend using their climate controlled facilities.

These 2 ladies go above and beyond! Had a slight issue of a leak and they had taken care of me! Darlene and Dawna both extended the respect and kindness not found often!!

Dawna and Darlene are the best! We rented a uhaul from steel creek and they were so accommodating. They even told us to let them know ahead of time when we need to rent again so they can be sure to have everything we need. Top notch customer service!!

I have used SteelCreek for going on ten years and after
the physical buildngs. .the security .. and most of all the wonderful family members who not just run the place they will if you let them make you feel like your not just a client but part of their extended family.
You hear the term 'family run business' alot in advertisements and commercials ..but I am hear to tell you that these folks are the real deal. They are actually all family and make you feel like your a part of that family.
Not just in attitude and friendship but also in business practices. If you get busy and time to go make a payment on your storage unit slipps by they will i assure you let you know..
But the way they do it is with understanding and knowing that while Ithey bring ya a cold drink they also will tell ya how much paying late will cost ya.
The business has more security cameras than th Capitol building in Austin I believe. Those cameras along with top notch security fence. The office along with every unit is clean as any home out there. I can't remember even seeing g a gum wrapper on the extensive parking lot and drivable areas
I have gone with friends to the other storage places around Hunt County and am amazed at the tremendous differences In SteelCreek and most other storage places! I probably sound like a paid commercial person

It's just that after so long it is so rare to have and keep satisfaction about the business you do with otheres. I actually with out hesitation recommend doing business with these folks !! I can only give them 5 stars but if I could u would give them a hunderd ? it's a damn fine business run by a great family.
