Ralph is the best! People person and made our moving process quick, east, and painless.

I happened upon Steelcreek Storage on my way to another Storage facility, so I quickly googled the property information and stopped by. I needed to rent a unit and begin moving things ASAP.
Ralph was awesome sauce and super sweet! He helped me choose the best size for my items, walked me through the unit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the monthly rate.
The process was simple & quick, and Ralph made sure my access code was working before I came back later that evening to drop off my first load. The property is very clean, well lit at night, and I felt perfectly safe.

This is a great storage facility, very clean, and continually making improvements. Ralph is a huge help whenever I need something. Maintenance requests are taken seriously and acted on quickly. If the interior of your unit is impacted, they video the work from opening door to closing it, though no issues at all the one time my unit needed something inside. The availability of a climate controlled unit with direct exterior access seems unique to this facility. Will use this facility as long as I need a storage unit.
