SteelSafe Storage Lenoir

I have been a customer of SteelSafe for at least 4 years now. I appreciate straightforward, honest people because that’s who I try to be. I appreciate the sturdy containers that are used at ‘my’ location. But mainly, I appreciate Andrea’s work in going the extra mile on the rare occasion when I needed help. She helped me when I signed up and helped me work through some confusion when they updated their online customer system in 2024. Would give another 5 stars. ?? Edit: Just read through other comments regarding prices going up. Been watching inflation steal from all of us since 1974. Earned Econ degree in ‘93. It’s neither the left or right or this storage facility. It takes over 9 units of currency in 2024 to purchase what 1 unit of currency would purchase in 1968. Truth!

Ailene was very helpful, friendly and prompt on my phone call with her. SteelSafe is very easy to work with. I have not experienced any problems since I have rented there.

I currently have a storage building at this facility. The price has been steadily rising over the last 6 months, and scheduled to be going up again as I was just informed by the new management. Same exact storage building I've had since i started, yet now it's somehow worth more money to them. I'm currently looking for a new storage building. Go somewhere else, this place isn't even that secure.
