The very nice woman directed me from the wrong side of the facility to the correct area of my unit. How to get the combination lock open and where to deposit the lock for return open the unit take out the key lock to install on the unit. Very patient to direct me thru this all in the dark.

Bin was clean when I got it. No pests the entire stay. Parking area always neat and never hazards like broken glass or trash laying around. Easy check in check out.

At first, when I started out was still safe storage there was a lot of adjusting. The management was there, though every step of the way to help me navigate through the ups and downs. Everyone I spoke to was willing to listen then help with a solution. This was going to be a temporary stay turned out to be about a year and I’m happy I went with Steelsafe storage.

Horrible customer service. Back when you switched management, I was having an issue with my automatic payment. I called 5 times in 2 days to talk to someone, got no answer either time, left messages and MONTHS later still HAVE NOTHEARD BACK. Absolutely horrible
