The Absolute WORST! Don’t trust your valuables to these people!! I hired packers for a cross country move and when I opened the boxes, no padding was in the boxes and things were just thrown in there like a child packed them, and precious, breakable, items are crushed and broken! I was assured that this was the best packing team, and believe me, they were not inexpensive. I’m heart broken that my belongings were treated so carelessly. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

We recently moved our home in Norwich, CT to a storage unit in Hudson, NH until we buy a new home. Our move was as estimated by Nick, scheduled & coordinated by Melissa and orchestrated by Herb Powell, owner operator and team. The move better than planned and under budget. Special thanks to Herb Powell and his amazing team from Springfield. They were all prompt, polite and worked efficiently and quickly. Can't say enough about Herb and his team of talented movers. Relied on Sterling for the delivery of my move from CA and the subsequent removal of the packing debris which was efficiently handled by Andrew Tatro and his helper. All my interactions with Sterling personnel have been exemplary, helpful and friendly.

Our company recently engaged Sterling for two moves - one of a regional office and one of our headquarters. The experiences were outstanding - Jeff Colon handled the move in Worcester. Rick Sierra did the move in Framingham. Brian handled the decommission of our Worcester location. Everyone involved was professional with excellent communication. They were respectful of the locations we were moving from and also with the new locations. On time, great communication and respectful. Highly recommend.
