From the very first contact to the very end of the move, everyone we dealt with was very professional and respectful of our property and the circumstances surrounding the move. We relocated my mother from the 50 year family home to an apartment in a retirement community. Sterling was very patient dealing with what can go to the apartment and what cannot. Their knowledge of the apartment complex and experiences dealing with this type of move significantly helped to reduce the stress involved. Worked very efficiently and were done by 3:30pm. Will definitely recommend and use again. They offer a wide range of services beyond traditional moving.

We have experienced five cross country moves, so we thought a move of only ten miles would be a walk in the park. We couldn’t have been more wrong. Any move is stressful at best, but this team helped make the whole process so much more bearable from packing to the move itself. They seemed to “roll with the punches” as things changed (one person had an injury and couldn’t help the day of the load/unload) without missing a beat. All team members were very friendly, kind, and professional and by the end of the nearly eleven hour moving day we all felt like we were friends. They had to be exhausted but were still smiling. Each of them went the extra mile to make our move easier. An added plus is that their rates are reasonable and fair.

They relocated my mother from her home to her new independent living apartment. They helped every step of the way. Identifying what we should take and laying out her furniture to packing, moving and unpacking. The team was incredibly professional and meticulous.
