We recently used sterling and were very impressed with the team members that were sent for our move. They were extremely professional and considerate of all of our items. It was a cold, windy day and there was a lot of ice but they did an amazing job.
Even from initial contact the office got back to us with a reasonable quote promptly and I would highly recommend them.

I have never had to use a moving company before but after selling our home of 19 years we had to utilize a company to move us out of state to a storage facility. Paul was very professional in the initial stages although we did have more than we inventoried mostly as it was done virtually so it did cost more the day of the move. However, Freddy, Michelle and Daniel showed up right on time and did a phenomenal job of packing us up and somehow fitting everything in the truck. We met them the next day to offload in RI and they were so hard working, energetic all with smiles on their faces the whole day even though it was about 20 degrees and fiercely windy. We will be requesting the same crew when we finally find a home as we wouldn't want anyone else to help us. Thank you Freddy, Michelle & Daniel.

All guys were great!

Half of my furniture was damaged or broken upon arrival. Several boxes were missing, and when I asked about them they told me that they were there and not to worry. They kept pestering me to sign the form that everything was there so they could leave. As soon as they left I noticed that several of the boxes were not there and they were the boxes containing my most expensive items. I filed multiple claims citing the specific items that were missing, and all were denied because I was forced into signing the form. Not only did they charge me significantly more than originally quoted, they also lost thousands of dollars worth of my belongings and refuse to honor the claims.

Michelle and her team were amazing! They packed our entire house with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for all your moving needs. 10/10
