Review:
Mitchell Greenspan, the owner is very difficult to deal with and blatantly dishonest, but REALLY STUPID. He will try to feel you out to attempt to extort you for as much money as he can to rig your items, then is spiteful when you refuse to meet his demands. The other poster said it all 'Never again'. He has obviously dealt with this low-life as well. I would never recommend this cheap two-bit operation to anyone.
