이번 7월 초에 스티브 이삿짐을 통해 이사했습니다. 남부 뉴저지에서 북부 뉴저지로 이사 가는지라 이사거리가 100마일이 넘었는데도 reasonable한 금액에 신속하게 이삿짐을 옮겨 주셨습니다. 모든 가구를 꼼꼼히 감싸서 안전하게 옮겨 주셨고 이사 후에 깔끔하게 쓰레기까지 버려주셨습니다. 정말 신속 깔끔 완벽한 이사여서 너무나도 좋은 기억과 경험으로 남았습니다. 다음에 이사할 때 무조건 스티브 이삿짐을 통해 이사할 계획입니다. 정말 후회 없는 선택이었습니다. 뉴저지에서 이사 계획 있으신 분들께 강추합니다!!

Unpleasant experience. 3 people including the owner showed up in the morning for moving. Then, the owner disappeared and later showed up in my new place.
The owner complained a lot: about king size bed too heavy, me not having finished packing. But, in no time, they were waiting for me to package things.

After assembling a bed frame, there were several unaccounted-for bolts. They didn't get screwed while assembling the bed. When I raised the issue, the owner frowned. I didn't want to upset him, so I just told him that I would take care of it. I actually don't know how I can do that; I don't know in which parts of the bed they didn't screw the bolts. I just said so not to raise any tension while they were still delivering valuable pieces of my furniture.

I have moved many times and have always done it myself. I decided to go with Steve this time and have absolutely no regrets. They were fast, efficient, polite, and prices were very fair. I have recommended them to friends and family already and you won’t regret choosing them.
