Still Transfer Co

I used this company to move last week. They stated I would need 3 movers, so of course that was an additional hourly rate. Three movers arrived. They argued a lot, when they could have been using that time to move our things. One of the movers was on his phone a significant amount of time and took an hour for lunch which he tried to charge us for! The other mover just kept sitting down and then took a nap in the truck! They both kept taking breaks, but this was only a few hour move. These two moved my desk, and dropped it and it broke into several pieces. They did not seem worried about it all, and stated that it just fell apart, that they did not do anything to it and that the company wouldn't reimburse me. Jeff, was the only mover that they sent that actually worked. He never sat down, kept apologizing for the others behavior, and done an amazing job. But yet, I paid for all 3 movers. I contacted the company about reimbursement for my desk, which was a $300 and they offered me $45 for it due to the insurance that I took. No one spoke to me about adding additional insurance, I did not know that was an option. I cant understand how a company who broke my personal items, is not liable for it. I have used this company in the past, but I wont use them again and I highly urge you not too either.
