We rented a large garage unit to store a boat for a few months, and the staff at self storage Stillwater were very kind and attentive, and were prompt in responding when we had any issues. However, the amount of issues we had while at this storage unit were more than we bargained for. First the garage door track broke not just once but twice when the chain continued to get off the track. Then we got nails in our tires three times because they were scattered in the gravel near our unit. Be prepped with a tire repair kit if you rent a unit here.
