Stirling Storage - Phoenixville

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the staff and by the security at Stirling. I felt my belongings were truly safe there, and as Stirling was only 4 min from my house, it was very convenient for me. If I ever need another storage space, I will definitely be back.

While the place appears clean, it smells entirely of moth balls. Once you take your personal items home, your entire house will smell like mothballs. I sent two emails to the customer service portal and received no reply. I made a phone call and spoke to Emily, who told me she received my emails, but didn’t have a chance to decide how I would be accommodated, if at all. During the call, she hung up on me abruptly. I called back, immediately, and asked for the district manager’s information. She informed me that she is not permitted to give out that information. That’s surely telling. I do not recommend storing your personal items here unless you like the small of moth balls from the 70s, then being ignored, hung up on, and dismissed.
