stop and move

This moving company is horrible. They were used by a moving Broker called 'Nationwide' a moving company based in Florida. My wife and I will be making a phone call complaint and looking into legal with them due to some of our belongings stolen!!! A statue bust that we had is now being sold on eBay. Nationwide who hired this company should be held responsible. I have a lot of contacts from where we moved and will be making sure they are aware of this company and to spread the word that they are thieves and frauds. If I could give a quarter star instead of one, I would.

Unprofessional. Rude. Incompetent. Willfully deceitful. A scam by design. Avoid at all costs.

the worst movers ever!! they destroyed our furniture and STOLE some of my stuff!!! the drivers name was Mohammed and threw all my stuff outside of the storage unit demanding i give them a $500 tip to both delivery guys. They suck at communicating and threaten u if u don’t pay them more than they’re asking. STAY AWAY FROM THEM they should be Sued!!!

Biggest complaint is in regards to the customer service and integrity of this business. She lied to me several times about the delivery estimation, quality of storage units, hung up on me several times, and then eventually stopped answering my calls. When they picked up my stuff, I was told it would be 'about a week' but it ended up taking an entire month. Movers were all very pleasant and did a good, quick job but I would avoid this company at all costs due to above issues.
