Crystal M was excellent. She explained everything in great detail leaving no room for ambiguity. She even went as far as explaining the multiple ways I could save money on different storage units. Her energy was contagious, customer service was unmatched. When you go to Stop & Stor ask for Crystal!

Feroza and Derrick were very helpful in explaining, processing and showing of the units. The process was very seamless and all staff were friendly and accommodation. Durand was also great at assisting ensuring accessing the unit. The storage facility was clean organized and in good condition.
