I had a wonderful experience with the staff and facilities here. Stacey and the staff went above and beyond to help me move. As you know moving is a big event and can present challenges and anxiety, but the folks at STOR-ALL Elko tracked down and reserved the equipment I needed and presented me with solutions to complete my move essentially doing the planning for me. Effortlessly providing outstanding customer service!

Stacey was phenomenal!!! What an amazing representative. My sons car was having problems when he left Idaho. I called Elko Stor-All looking for a car dolly. Stacey had told me the next available would be available at 1615hrs the next afternoon. I explained my situation to her and that I was coming from Dayton NV. She took the time to research other U-Haul locations near Elko, and found a location 45 minutes away. Some may call that a drive, I call it a blessing! Stacey was so nice and really listened to what I was telling her. Thank you Stacey for all of your help getting what I needed to get my son home.
