Convenient location and friendly competent staff. Francisco at the front desk was particularly helpful when I forgot my access code. I’d recommend this facility to anyone in the Redwood City area.

Fair, safe, and good people in the office!

Pretty mediocre storage facility. Interesting that I was sent a review request after receiving the second monthly rate increase in less that a year. The place is pretty run down and probably not particularly fire safe. I have not been to my storage unit in a while but the last time I was there it smelled like gasoline. Seems to be a popular facility with landscapers. New management seems more interested in making it a more profitable business without improving the condition of the facility.

Excellent customer service! I like the fact that this property is right off El Camino Real and it looks very nice and clean. Juan was a pleasure to work with. Definitely will be storing here for as long as I need to.
