Review:

Facilities 5 stars, great RV storage, large storages, super clean and secure. Customer Service is usually decent, but this last experience was terrible.

I am a business man from the Bay Area and have some work in Visalia that required me to originally rent three and as of this month two storage units. I had tried to pay my bill by phone, but the links never work on my droid...I called 7 days in a row, no one would pick up. I set up auto pay with them, the manager did not do it (apparently she was fired), and the this month I was charged a late fee for two units. If they had picked up their phone I could have paid this.

There is no area for argument here, even if the problem was on their end. It's like 60 dollars? Really? I am going to be giving you potentially tens of thousands of dollars over the next five years, pick your battles, believe in your customers. I am not some slob moving my apartment around, I have over a million dollars of merchandise in these units.

Customer service if huge for me, so I will probably move my units to another storage facility by November/December. Will tell all friends and business associates to steer clear.

UPDATE: They called me and gave me half of my late fee money. Which also doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I will still be moving my storage as soon as possible.
