Amazing customer service! Abraham was very knowledgeable and amazing with getting us a unit! Only spent less than 30 minutes from start to finish and answered all our questions and concerns with ease! Love to be doing business here!

My experience with Stor It’s Prescott facility was so great, I felt confident in transferring to the Chino Valley location when I moved. Abraham is very helpful and friendly!

I wouldn’t expect much out of a storage unit place, but I was genuinely surprised at what a good experience I had here! Upon arriving I noticed how well kept the grounds were, as well as a nice and clean office. The manager, Abraham, was very kind and respectful. He was also well prepared and made the whole process very quick and efficient, which I definitely appreciated. I feel great about this place and would definitely recommend.
