Storage 2U

I used Storage2U for moving from the Portland area to Central Oregon. The move included 4 months of storing our stuff while we lived in an Airbnb awaiting our house to finish. Utilizing Storage2U with their load and store capability was awesome!
Every interaction I had with the team was excellent! I've worked with many businesses over the years. This team's communication is among the best I've seen. I always knew what to expect and where I was in the process.

We rented a 20' container to help with a 45 mile move. Rental, pickup and delivery prices were very reasonable. The team at Storage2U was easy to work with and always a joy to talk to. Delivery was done on the day we wanted it. Pick up and delivery to the new site was seamless. Monthly invoices were sent to my email address and charged to my card on file. When we were done with the unit, I was able to have it picked up within 24 hours of calling. This level of service can't be beat! Plus, we got to support a local company instead of an out-of-state chain.

The help was amazing! They returned messages right away. They were fair in their prices and prompt in delivery and pick up of units. Everybody was friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Moving is always hard, but this was amazingly easy for all of our stuff.
