April went WELL above and beyond for us today. We found ourselves not able to get into another storage facility after my husband drove 16 hours with a uhual containing all of our possessions. I quickly hopped online to Storage 85 and reserved a unit online easily. Then we realized I did this too close to closing so the request wasn’t seen in time, leaving my husband still out of luck! (Off to a great start with our move)
April then called me and all she asked was for a couple hours before she came up to let him in. This woman is our hero!!! April thank you so much. To come up after hours all because of my mistiming and series of unfortunate events…you’ll never know what that meant to us. Thanks again!!!
