I rent Uhual vans for my business here frequently. Staff is friendly and courteous. More importantly, the process is easy and pleasant. So much so, I only come here for my rentals.

The Store Manager, who refused to repeat her name so I could note it, is extremely rude and talks over the customer non-stop. She assesses outrageous fees as you're exiting the lease, fees that were misquoted and downright wrong. She lies abput the cobtent of previous conversations. She refuses to give out the owner Stephen's contact information, but will tell you to email her. It is doubtful that any email will be forwarded to the intended party. She will ask you questions, but she will cut you off when you try to answer. She is very verbally aggressive and unprofessional.

I'm disgusted with the bad attitude of this manager. She kept talking non-stop and completely cut me off as I tried to answer her questions. Instead, she accused me of talking over her. She has no professional communication nor customer skills. Clearly, her job is to run up fees for customers.

Do not use this facility. They are predatory in their fees and behave very badly.
