HORRIBLE PLACE YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF STOLLEN AFTER YEARS WITH THEM PAYING MONTHLY I COME TODAY TO FIND OUT THAT MY STUFF WAS STOLEN ! THEIR EXCUSE WAS THAT I HAVENT VISIT IN 2 YEARS. BUT MY PAYMENTS BEEN GOING THROUGH FOR TWO YEARS. THEY EVEN PUT A NEW LOCK AND CHARGED ME TO OPEN IT THEN TELL ME THAT I GOT ROBBED NEVER WAS I INFORMED ABOUT THIS BUT THEY SAID THEY “SPOKE” TO ME AND I SAID TO THEM THAT I LIVE FAR AND COULDNT GO WHNE I LIVE 5 MINUTES AWAY. THIS PLACE IS GHETTO. I HAD ALL MY CHILDHOOD MEMORIES IN THERE. MY STORAGE WAS FULL ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP AND THIS IS ALL THEY LEFT BEHIND

If you have a boat or car stored here, don’t trust this place. Their main gate has now been unsecured and wide open for anyone and everyone to come in. The door to the building hasn’t worked in weeks. Went this morning to get things for my work and couldn’t because their elevator wasn’t working and the alarm was blasting. They’ll get you on the hook with an offer then raise their prices when they see fit. Roach infested too. Stay away.

Went again today October 1st. Elevator not working. If you take the stairs you are stuck because the doors to the second floor don't open. Another wasted trip to a storage unit I'm paying for but can't be accessed.
