Most amazing customer support ever. i had an issue where i forgot to move out of my storage unit before the 10 day dead line. However, i called and i was greeted by a guy named Andy and he worked with me so i could move out instead of having an empty storage unit for an extra month. ive seen some pretty predatory storage unit companies and im genuinely surprised at how nice they were to me. andy is epic

Spectacular customer service! Whoever answers the phone and text number always gave very fast responses and high quality service. They made the experience extra great. The storage unit was always easy to access and was clean and easy to use.

Super affordable prices and a great location right next to BYU Idaho. We had a great experience and the management was super great.

Good storage, hard to get ahold of the office sometimes.
