I wouldn’t so much recommend the company, but more so the management at lotus lane in hackettstown NJ. Both Bob and Bill are amazing gentlemen and made storing our families possessions amazing.

Had to find a new unit as my old facility tried to raise my rate to 255$ a month from 140/month. So I shopped around and eventually found a similarly amenitied local spot that had a good price. For the same exact size unit, both climate controlled, both elevator access, etc etc. I am now paying 105/month after only paying 88$ for my first month. I just moved 95% of my belongings over to Storage Bin yesterday and was very pleased with the ease of the entire process online and in person. The facility is orderly, the gates work as they should, and I had no issues during my transfer to the new unit. I would highly recommend this place if you’re at a different local place and want to save some money for the same size units! Also, the guy that runs the place (bob, I think? My memory sucks.) is super nice and before I had rented the unit online I stopped in with some questions and he gave me a tour of which unit would be mine and the facility and when I told him my experience with the rates being raised the way they were, he was able to guess which other local facility I was coming from! ? now the only remaining aspect is to see if they try to raise the rates in a similar fashion but I am pretty confident that I won’t be running into a similar issue as I did at the other facility. Highly recommend!
UPDATE: my rate has not increased and I’ve not been notified of any expected increase yet. ?? saving literally 150$/month. Total savings in 4 months=600$ ?????????
