The management of this location are the best in the business and Sam is awesome,but the continued price increases over the time -span of the last couple of years is just greed. The property is the same,the staff is pretty much the same,with no added amenities,but the prices continue to rise,even for businesses that rent 20-30 units at a time. We also had a rat investation that destroyed 15,000.00 worth of furniture and I received,an 'I'm Sorry'
If all the businesses I interact with financially,this is by far the greediest one for customers they have that are businesses and not one person renting one unit. I definitely do not feel appreciated in any way.
