I've been storing at BSC since 2010 and the reason I haven't gone elsewhere is for two reasons - cost and customer service, the latter being the most important. Jocelyn, Amy (and Meg), the property managers, have never failed to help me in my moments of need, sometimes going way above and beyond the call of duty. Whenever I need something, they see to it without a moment's hesitation. They're like family to me. The facility is immaculately maintained and I can always find parking. Joce and Amy make sure the premises is always secure. I just won't hear a bad word about them or the facility and I can't recommend BSC enough!

I was in need of a storage unit when my mother passed away. Amy was so helpful setting me up with a unit while I was dealing with a very stressful time in my life having just lost my mother and then needing to move quickly. Having the unit in place made the stress a lot less and I really appreciate her help and compassion. Would very much recommend Storage Court to friends and anyone in need of space.

We have had our stuff here for a year and a half, and it's been a great experience. Customer service is excellent Amy the Lead Manager is super nice and very helpful, when our storage needs expanded unexpectedly she was able to get us another unit on the same floor within just minutes! Would recommend!
