I highly recommend this storage court.
This is the best storage building I have ever rented a unit from. The level of customer service there is above and beyond the standard. I don't know if everyone on staff is as wonderful as the manager Amy was to me or if Amy is just a stand out employee. She went the extra mile for me. I rented the unit under circumstances that made me very emotional. Amy was incredibly professional and wonderfully compassionate. She dealt with me and my emotions like a pro and made me feel very comfortable and calm. She was very knowledgeable and explained the process of renting the unit in such a way that was easy to understand and alleviated my fears. It was a great comfort to me to know my belongs were safe, secure, protected and in the hands of a manager who understands people and the human experience. 5 stars for cleanliness, 5 stars for safety and security. And 5 stars times 50 for the manager Amy.

Storage Court of Bellingham formerly Meridian Self Storage – I’ve stored my family belongings under both business names two separate times - each time for several years at a clip before moving out. Both company management names and their front office crew were excellent to deal with every step of the way. All were always helpful, very communicative, prompt with answers and assistance, supportive and solution oriented and efficient. I’m referring to both company names because I don’t know what changed within the company…but I really am not concerned about those name changes. ALL staff in the front office have been great throughout both company names! Paying the monthly rent (the senior discount was a blessing under both company names) over the many years was so easy online or over the phone. The storage units are top notch, many sizes available, very clean hallways and units, well lit, easy to access, temperature controlled, safe and well monitored by the day to day staff. Also, it's a great location in B'ham with easy access. I can highly recommend storing your personal and family belongings with Storage Court of Bellingham.
