Storage Depot

Well kept and very convenient. My only concern is the gates are not closed at all times. A code is issued when rental is completed so the gates can be locked.

2024: Five stars. Never had a problem with anything except one time I had a problem with the roof and it was fixed immediately. Even if none is in the office, they always answer and are very courteous and helpful. The one time they didn’t answer that phone, they called me right back.
Update 1-8-2025
No problems and would give 5 stars this go around but the gate has been non functional for some time now. As in months. Just would like to know if this is ever going to be fixed.

The young ladies that I spoke with were very helpful and moving in was easy.

I have some issues going on with y'all up there and I don't think I'm being treated Fair I would appreciate if the owner would give me a call or a email whichever is more convenient for him or her? Thank you in advance sincerely the worst part is upper management won't even speak with you over the phone to try and resolve an issue. When you try get someone to give you a call they won't call you back. The roof leaks half the doors won't shut need I say anymore

I love the security gate I felt like my things in storage was double protected.. it’s kept clean , which is very professional for the business itself. When filling out paperwork through email. They were very helpful to walk me through the process! Very satisfied
