If zero stars was an option that would be my rating. We stored our belongings from our home for 6 months from March 2022- August 2022. When we were getting our things from our unit to move back to alabama we found that the units water barrier on the ceiling was broken from water damage and had molded almost everything in our unit. All of our furniture was ruined. When we called to figure out if they would Handle this units defects they told us it was probably due to us and it would be on us to claim it on our insurance. I told them that day to cancel the rental and that I would have all of my things moved out by the night. That was September 17th. I emailed them September 24th that I still needed the unit to not renew come October 1st. At that time I removed my payment method so they would not charge for a month I was not going to be there. I had to call them today October 10th again because they were still trying to charge for rent and extra fees on the unit. They said I had never called them and never received an email. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE PLEASE! We can’t get back what we lost.

This is a really great place to get a storage unit It's very clean and nice and they provide you with a lock. If you call and tell them something is wrong they get right on it to fit it They are really great people to deal with
