Storage Depot of Gainesville GA - Airport

It’s meh. It’s alright. I needed a 10x15 unit for a couple of years when I first moved to GA since I didn’t have a garage. I started out at $120 a month. After two years they wanted to charge me $176. Thankfully I found a house in time before that took effect. The lights don’t work so who knows if the cameras work. They still haven’t fixed the broken gate. Not sure what exactly justified the price increase. The customer service was average. Never seemed to be able to talk to the store managers during the middle of the day. They were always “out of office”. All that to say, it was okay. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Chris my representative she was very nice got me hooked up right away and had everything set up for me before I got there.

It was fairly easy after having to call customer service about an error message in the contract sent via email. They were able to fix it immediately.

It's a challenge to navigate through the facility if you have a bigger truck. Don't attempt with a trailer.

Upon moving out, the unit was cleaned thoroughly and I notified them with photos to let them know. I'm assuming you don't get your deposit back cause nothing was said about it.

I would like to thank the ladies that helped me with my storage They were very professional and courteous. With all these new storage going up This is the best storages.I give them five stars. Storage Depo., Gainesville,Georgia
