Went Up on Prices 3x’s in Less than 1yr w/ only a 30 day notice...They Charge Extra for insurance but it’s infested with rats…Can’t Wait To Move To Get My things out

I started my account with this storage facility in 2020 before this company took over. My rent for the unit was $85 per month at that time. The rent has risen twice since then to $126 per month for the same unit. The new company is great though, other than the raise in rent, I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is always courteous, respectful, and polite. They are also very good about working with people who may be late a little bit. There is a late fee of course, but that is to be expected for a late payment. All in all great place in my experience of three years so far. Thank you.

very friendly staff- from day one understood how stressful moving can be and she was very empathetic to my needs and all the way through when i was ready to move my stuff into my new home from the storage unit. Would recommend to anyone to do business with storage depot of gainesville!
