Great experience easy to get handled

Been a customer for over two years and the staff, especially one lady,is always willing to listen to me,very understanding,very nice,and does a great job at her job!! Recently met her assistant and she is just as nice! Would definitely recommend getting a unit there to anyone that needs a storage space.

After changing companies I can say my experience is decent but not over the top great. When it rains my old unit leaks and some of my things were effected my water damage after telling the manager I wasn’t moved until I downgraded roughly 3 months later. I would’ve moved sooner to a different place but they have always helped me out when I was a couple dollars short on my bill or had any questions. Chris is a great manager and I love the way she handles business. I feel as though loyalty matters and we don’t always have to like everything about something or someone to be loyal.

The person I spoke with when getting my unit was very professional and made sure everything was perfect with the transaction

After a last minute debacle involving a third-party booking company they no longer use, the manager, Chris, called us during off hours to get us into our unit. She was a lifesaver!
