CopperSafe is the absolute
worst company that I’ve ever done business with. The first unit was reserved in a city one hour drive away. I had to call back and transfer to a unit in my own city. The units are not labeled the same on the actual unit as what their customer service team has. When I showed up the next morning to move in, there was a new lock on the door and the combination lock from the previous day was removed. They promised a 10x15 unit, but the unit was only a 10x10. To top it all off, the slide up door to the unit would not stay raised in order to move items in. Do NOT do business with this company. Unfortunately, they have apparently purchased nearly all storage facilities in Monteagle and area. Avoid them at all costs!

Should be zero stars honestly. When I rented a spot at the facility I was told they had 24/7 security cameras well last Friday I get there to pick my trailer up and it and my side by sides were destroyed. Called the number for the facility and talked to someone can’t recollect their name at this time but at that point I was told that the cameras are only dummy cameras and do not work. Like previously stated the officer that showed up says it happens all the time and that they were waiting on it to happen and knew what happened when I called. Was given a ticket number and report number and was told to contact my insurance about the damages. 10/10 don’t recommend I have called and asked multiple times about how we are going to take care of this situation only to have to call back for what they say as “I must have poor cell service” as to why it keeps getting disconnected

Copper Safe has bought up all the facilities in our town and administer them from points unknown! My experience has been less than overwhelming throughout my lease period. If l had a choice, l would not contract with Copper Safe. Period! There is one exception; Angela, the agent who helped facilitate my move-out was exceptional. Excellent, courteous and most professional. Her command of the English language was perfect and her communication skills superb. Whatever they pay you, Angela, is not enough. Five Stars for Angela!
