Absolutely do not use this facility! I had my belongings stolen and when I spoke with the police, they said that this had been happening often. The police had no recourse because the facility did not have functioning cameras and only fake cameras on the premises.

Also, the gate doesn’t operate and therefore is always open.

You can never speak with the owners and the owner group is based out of another state and have outsourced the management to a third party.

Both Copper Storage facilities in both Monteagle and Tracy City have had the same issue.

Do not use this facility!!!!!!!

The best service & storage facility I’ve ever worked with!

We got a phone call from them saying that someone else’s stuff was in our storage building. To find out, someone who had a similar name as mine told them that my storage unit was theirs. They believed her with out verifying her name or contacting us and cut our lock off and put a new lock on. Then my husband was supposed to meet someone that works there and they were supposed to put a new lock on it but that didn’t happen either. So we couldn’t get into our unit to check and see if someone had stolen anything out of it. We contacted the police and they told us to take pictures of everything. We noticed that where the cameras are located, doesn’t do any good because we are on the end and none of the cameras were pointing towards our unit. We also noticed that the gate wasn’t probably locked and you didn’t need your passcode to enter. The Next day we were supposed to meet the worker at our building unit so she could cut the lock off and we could finally see if everything was in our unit. She shows up 45 minutes late and acts like it’s no big deal. Then she didn’t charge the battery on the saw so we had to wait another 25 minutes for her to return with another battery. She finally showed up again and cut the lock off of our storage unit.
I called several times to speak to the manager and he never returned any of my calls. They did give us 1 month free but it was so frustrating. Poor customer service and no professionalism at all. I would not recommend this place at all.
