Storage Etc at Crossroads

Our storage unit was broken into 2 weeks ago ransacked a lot of stuff stolen. Filed complaint and police report but nothing done. Went back today and it was broken into again and ransacked. There is no real security.

Horrible location worse owners. You're gonna pay 100$ to have your stuff stolen and you won't be notified when it happens. When you bring it up they will tell you tough luck, file a report nothing they can do. And nothing they will do as they proceed to raise the prices and take more of your money for the next month. The cops know this is a hot spot for theft. It doesn't help that they rent out to homeless people to sleep here. Don't believe me ask the officers when you file your report.

Be extremely cautious. This storage unit is NOT secure. Zero camera security inside. Zero security outside. You may be made to believe they have cameras monitoring, they do not. Had my storage unit broken into and timely theft occurred. Word of advice. Either double lock or look for a different storage location. According to the Santa Maria police department, this is a common occurrence at this particular location. Be careful.
