Storage Etc at Crossroads

Eric was awesome, he Undertood my situation and was still a nice guy!! Clean units, even have a truck for moving in!!

Went to my storage unit on September 9th only to find out that someone had gone through the facility cutting off locks and breaking in to the units. Mine unfortunately was one of them and they failed to give any notification to us.

As of 1/5/2024, they’ve had units broken into again! And they have the nerve to raise the price.

If you are planning on storing valuables at this location I suggest you look elsewhere. When Our storage was broken into they did nothing to help and obviously don't do a good job of securing the facility.

Great service. Affordable prices. Manager is an excellent source of information. This is the place to keep your things stored safely.

Several months ago, I decided to move and needed a storage unit. I had heard stories that were concerning in nature. After contacting several storage places, I cautiouslI decided to hire Storage Etc.

I contacted Joe, who was not only personable but very knowledgeable of the facility, security, and paperwork. He walked me out to a storage unit. The storage unit was clean, the roll up doors, and lights all worked as they were designed. Joe, pointed out some of the security features, security cameras and outside lighting placed in strategic locations. The height of the walls and gates. The roll up doors have the ability for the customers to use two separate locks. After renting the unit, I placed one key and one combination lock with a specific number to indicate if anyone tampered with lock. The number never changed over the several months. I arraigned and used the moving van. Again, the van was clean, and in good order. Over the next several months, I moved in several loads. Sometimes Joe would be at the office and wave. Sometimes, he would stop by while making a security check and chat for a moment. When it came time for me to move, I contacted Joe and he was wonderful. I left a clean unit. I never had an issue with billing, including the special Storage Etc. had at the time. The facility was run very professionally. In short, I would recommend Storage Etc., I would use them again.

There are many similar storage facilities in Santa Maria and elsewhere. The one thing they do not have is Joe. He represents your company well and if the opportunity presents itself, Joe should be advanced as quickly as possible.
