New customer here. Extremely disappointed that no one told me before I signed a lease at the end of the month, that billing cycles start on the first. I just paid $140 to start my lease and have my storage unit on 8/30. I then get an email stating I owe a similar balance for the month of Sept. So if I had waited until the 1st to get unit. I wouldn't have to pay twice the amount for one month. If you're looking to take advantage of their 50% off pricing, make sure to do it on the 1st of the month, or it's a waste of money.

Fantastic service, clean as a whistle and friendly staff. Absolutely enjoyed every moment of business here and plan on continuing to be a happy patron for a very long time.
