My move in was great! The manager was helpful and the golf cart ride was fun! Easy access, access hours are great and I would totally recommend!

I took the time to do the review because I was sorely disappointed with how this company was running. The new manager has turned this place around and the place looks great. My faith in humanity has been reatored

Storage Etc., Sandy staff is unprofessional and practices harassing collection policies. They incessantly send emails, texts, and calls reminding customers that payment is due by the 10. If you are late the cycle repeats itself repeatedly resulting in multiple texts, calls, emails advising that you're late, a fee applies and other fees will be charged in the form of a 'pre lien.'
They do not maintain the facility or weather proof your storage door equaling dirt all over your belongings along with moisture from the weather. The doors are not sealed properly. When I informed them of the issue with my locker their reply was that if they have time they'll look into it. That was 1 year ago. Utah Attorney General’s office advised as well as YELP, BBB, and Storage Etc., Corporate Office of which has refused to respond. Poor customer service illegal collection practices. Whether the previous manager left you in a situation where you have to collect past due or not (of which I am not past due), You should treat your customers with more respect, first of all by by not sharing your reasoning for harassment, secondly I don’t care that you can only put so many characters in a text, third reach out and explain policy/management changes so long term customers can understand instead of just assuming every customer is not paying.

We just moved in last week and Tyra was great! She showed us multiple size units so we could decide what we needed, the place is clean and secure with cameras and right off the freeway. The customer service was great start to end. Thanks Tyra!

I like this location because it's right off of the fwy and makes for easy access. The property is clean and the manager is so helpful and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about her work.
