Staff is great, very clean and it's reasonable

I had to move due to caring for family member I had all my stuff removed and vacated my husband advised them of cancel and move out of unit. they stated I had to personally come and advise them. or they will charge me. I called them, emailed them texted. and they advised via voice message that I have to come in personally. This is not good customer service. They have rodants, roaches, ext.

I came by after work and my gate code was not functioning and no one would answer the phone, would not recommend if you're looking for a consistent place to store your stuff

Granted rules are rules, but being extremely rigid on your policies just makes me never come back. I was late by 1 day to get my fees prorated. Literally one day. Again, rules are rules but you can always make an exception. And I can always find a different storage unit in my future needs. (Been a customer for around a year)
