Very good customer service. Had a mishap that the unit I rented hadn't been cleaned out prior to me moving in, called storage hub and the issue was resolved in less than a hour. I have 2 units rented and they are both very clean and in extremely good condition. I highly recommend them

There is something off w the owner, be very careful using this company, storage unit was fine itself but good luck dealing with them if you have an issue

Very hard to get ahold of anybody, not prompt on return calls

I had a storage unit there a few years ago and everything was clean and no problems at all. Staff was friendly and it was all overall a nice environment.
