super friendly & very helpful. it takes some time to fill out the paperwork, and you cannot secure an unseen unit, so be sure to account for that when inquiring. unit was very clean. exit gate is not functional at the pentagon location... makes it difficult to turn around & exit for outside units with only single lanes. cannot say enough kind things about Tim - he was very kind & helpful throughout the entire process. he answered all of my questions & was very thorough / professional during the entire process.

This is my second review this week. Because it was not a good rating they took my first one off. I wanted their storage unit because it was the closet to my house. I spoke to Tim and he said to call before coming there because he travels between 2 storage units less than a mile apart. So I called and he said he wasn't there. I asked him when will he be at the Pentagon site and he said 5. I said OK I will meet you there at 5. He said I will not show you a unit because I get off at 5. I said ok how about tomorrow. He said fine as long as i am prepared to wait in a long line of people wanting units. I said so then can I make an appointment to sign up for a unit. He said like I was crazy - No I don't make appointments. I said then you tell me how I can sign up for a unit. He said however you want. He made it so hard for me to even go in and just do papers to rent a unit that I went else where. To a place that was very friendly. I had to leave my email to write this review. I didn't even get an email apologizing to me. They just deleted my post. The place I went to told me they have had a lot of complaints about this place but you only see good reviews. Just how many have they deleted?!?!?!

We’ve been storing here for about 10 years and have found Tim to be a great asset for StorageInns! He is efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Our family really appreciates him!!

Used this facility for work, the Manager was very helpful...The location was easy to access and always clean. Our experience was excellent, if we had a question the Manager was prompt and informative. We will use this facility again when the need arises.

Okay but expensive
